Returns


 

We are pretty easy to deal with so if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know.  We will glady accept returns on unused items only within 3 days from delivery of your order minus shipping and handling.  If the product has any contact with skin or object it is considered used.  If after this time frame, your request for a return will automatically be denied.  We do not accept exchanges.  Please send us an email to info@colouredraine.com along with your order number and we will then provide you with a Return Authorization Number.  Please send the item(s) to:

Shipping Handling Details & Charges

DHL is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail Parcel Select, USPS First-Class or USPS Priority Service.  Once the package has left our warehouse and received by the post office and a tracking number has been assigned we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.  If your shipment shows a CONFIRMED DELIVERY from the USPS, we are not liable/responsible to send a replacement package.  Please contact your local post office to open a case regarding the whereabouts of your package.  We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling 
by carrier, or undeliverable addresses.
 Note: Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a US address originating within the 48 states. There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states.



All orders are shipped USPS Mail.

All international orders will be shipped via International Priority Mail at their fee for delivery to your address. Coloured Raine does not assume responsibility or liability for any customs issues: including duties or taxes. Please take into account that any customs charges must be paid directly by you. We will not refund items seized by your local customs office. Coloured Raine does not assume responsibility or liability for any additional local carrier fees.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Once the post office has delivered your package and a confirmation is shown online, our responsibility ends.  We are not responsible for theft at the address you provide us.  If the post office delivers a package to your address and you do not get that package you are free to file a report of the theft with your local post office. We will provide proof of delivery for your report. Please do not ask us to replace packages stolen at your property or business.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United States. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country.

Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery.

All purchases will be made in US dollars. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee.

The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.
